Shopping Basics

ikoomoo offers worldwide shipping,covers almost world.But some countries can’t be reached for difficult and unstable shipping conditions.

In normal,our local logistics company will help us arrange freight to ship out ikoomoo’s packages.

💗When packages arrive at United States,USPS OR UniUni will help us transfer packages to deliver successfully.(Note:if you leave usa post office address,we only can ship by eub)

💗When packages arrive at United Kingdom,ROYAL MAIL OR Hermes will help us transfer packages to deliver successfully.

💗When packages arrive at Canda/Australia,Canada/Australia Local post will help us transfer packages to deliver successfully.

So when packages arrives at your countries,your orders will be deliverd by your local logistics company.

✿SHIPPING INFO
We ship most of world and always do the best to make sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

✿VERIFICATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With 12H, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.If you are in a situation where you can cancel, you need to add 15% handling fee.

(please note:when the package is sent out,we couldn’t cancel it or change address in transit,please contact ikoomoo in time if you have order issues)

✿PROCESSING TIME
Usually, we need 3-7 business days to prepare for orders, because we should check every product and make sure that is in good condition before shipment.

✿SHIPPING FEE
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $30. If you want to receive faster, we also provide expedited shipping, you need to pay extra fees for express
Note that the express time marked by express does not include the parcel processing time.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

DELIVERY
Delivery to delivery time may 6~27 Business Days, depending on countries and the way of transportation.
Sometimes, the accumulation of goods will cause the logistics company’s online logistics information update to be delayed for a long time, but in fact your goods are still being transported. In our experience, it always comes without exception. Thank you for your patience!

(In the event of natural disasters and uncontrollable events, there will be a certain delay. We will actively coordinate with logistics companies to let them deliver to you as soon as the event ends.)

If you place order as gifts,please place an order in advance,or leave us a note. We’ll be happy to help you prepare your gift order.

Special cases , you buy multiple items, We will send in several packages.
Because the customer’s own address was filled in incorrectly, the delivery of the package failed, and the customer had to bear the relevant expenses. When filling in the address, be sure to fill in the correct address.

In some cases, there is a small probability that VAT or other taxes will be charged, such as customs duties or fees levied by the destination country. Sorry, we cannot control these costs, so we cannot predict the amount. The customs and tax policies of various countries vary greatly. You should refer to local customary laws and inform us about the requirements after ordering; when customs clearance procedures are required, our estimated delivery time may be delayed. The payee must pay additional taxes or customs clearance fees.

ikoomoo just accept online payment.We support google pay,apple pay,paypal,visa and so on.

Shipping & Returns

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before order was not in processing or shipped out.If the order is cancelled within 12 hours,you will get full refund.More than 12 hours,we need to charge 15% handling fee.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the customer,customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please notice:If the delivery failed reason is your mistake.For example,you wrote the wrong address.We cannot refund you.Please leave your correct email address,make sure you could receive order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ikoomoo.com

In normal,the refund will be returned to your original account within 1-3 business days.
